Eating clean meal plan. Melissa's plan is great. The food is mostly clean, but budget friendly. I agree that if you are eating healthy at least 80% of the time, you will benefit from that effort. (It is better than most people!)
When you dont have time to workout. try this "5-4-3-2-1" workout. IT WILL KICK YOUR BUTT!!! looks easy, but far from it. do this workout every-other day (rotate with weight lifting) and you will see faster results. I've only done this for one week and i already see a difference. try it out!!
