Made something similar. I used shrimp and salmon. Did not peel shrimp. 1/2 stick butter and some olive oil. I used lime and lemon slices, salt pepper, garlic powder, fresh oregano, fresh rosemary, fresh basil. In oven at 350, 15 min for shrimp and 22 for salmon. Delish!!!
