Peach Whiskey BBQ Chicken-- Made this and it was fantastic! Sweet with a little tang. I used Apple Juice in place of the Whiskey (wasn't too sure about the kids) and pureed a jar of peaches instead of using peach reserves. I also didnt brown the chicken before hand, just placed chicken in slowcooker, mixed sauce and poured ontop of chicken. Cook for 5-6 hrs on low :)
