Christmas Tree cheese spread::Cream Cheese, Pepper jelly and Crackers. Cut cheese brick in half diagonally and lay on tray to form a tree with spring onion stalks in between and poking out end for trunk. Spoon pepper jelly over cream cheese and onto tray. Garnish with a green (or yellow!)pepper star (or pimiento) and sprinkle chopped spring onion over all. Festive and delicious!
