Rosemary Pecan Nuts: 2 tbsp butter; 1tsp flaky sea salt; 1/3 tsp freshly ground pepper; 2 cups pecan halves; 3 stems rosemary; 4 tbsp honey. Method: 1) Melt butter in saucepan, add salt + pepper. Take off heat, add nuts plus rosemary & honey. 2) Mix well & place in ovenproof dish & bake @ 325*F (163*C) until toasty.
