It's Raining Main Ideas and Supporting Details

This freebie features five short "paragraphs" for students to sequence in order to identify main ideas and supporting details. I run these on different colored papers, organize students into five teams, and have them rotate through each story to organize it. We "race" to finish each one as I walk around the check for understanding. After each group has visited each paragraph, we discuss the main idea and supporting details for each paragraph. Enjoy the freebie!
