Study Abroad-Japan: I did a semester at Kansai Gaidai University in 2007. My coursework included Japanese language and culture, contemporary issues in Japan, and Peace Studies. I created an extensive presentation on the conflict in Darfur. I used my days off to travel all over the southern islands of Kyushu and Okinawa.
