    I'm wondering why the sugar grams and the carbohydrate grams are listed separately...they're all carbs!!

    Lynne, we list both total carbs and carbs from sugar because some people (such as those who have diabetes) need this info for dietary exchanges.

    I'm diabetic and this is not clear as to whether carbs include the sugars or if these are separate...I count carbs and I include sugar...not separate it out...

    The carb count does include the sugar, so total carbs per serving on these are 21. Hope that helps!

    I think, then, you need to state that that is the case...
