Bath Mat from old Towels or t-Shirts 1. First, wash and dry the towels you’ll be using for your mat. 2. Decide how big you want your bath rug to be by measuring the dimensions on the flour, e.g.. in from of your shower recess, as shown here. 3. Purchase gridded matting and cut it to those dimensions. This usually sits under floor rugs to avoid slipping and is also called ‘rug canvas’ or ‘anti-slip mat’.4. Cut the towels into 5-6” long pieces, approx. 3/4” thick.

So cute! Find a medal piece like this and create a sign by finding plain wood that is made to be a sign from a craft store like Joan's. Paint any color all over the board and create "fake" cracks by drawing cricked lines occasionally. Then paint what you would like on the sign (picture, word, etc.) and to give it a vintage feel sand the board before painting.
