Texas venison (or beef) chili - GREAT recipe. I used beef stock instead of water, added a can of kidney beans, and changed around the spices a little. I used a lot of Penzys Cajun Seasoning, a little Northwoods Fire Seasoning, a generous amount of cumin and oregano, salt, and pepper. Also threw in a dash of Worcestershire and maple syrup.
