Chili Tortellini. Perfect weeknight dinner. Quick and easy.
Boilermaker Tailgate Chili | This is the chili recipe the gang eats at Purdue Boilermaker football games. I always prep and cook the chili the night before and then reheat the next day. This is a combination of many different tomato-based chili recipes. Good luck and enjoy. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/boilermaker-tailgate-chili/detail.aspx

Quick chili from allrecipes.com. I made this tonight, and it was incredible. I made a few changes, just because I didn't have everything. I added a diced red bell pepper, omitted the sugar, and used Italian stewed tomatoes instead of Italian diced tomatoes. Also, black beans instead of pinto. Oh, and instead of a cup of water, I used beef broth. Delicious! Even the kids ate it!
Texas venison (or beef) chili - GREAT recipe. I used beef stock instead of water, added a can of kidney beans, and changed around the spices a little. I used a lot of Penzys Cajun Seasoning, a little Northwoods Fire Seasoning, a generous amount of cumin and oregano, salt, and pepper. Also threw in a dash of Worcestershire and maple syrup.
