Preparación: Colocar en un tazón harina, polvo de hornear, sal, huevo, aceite o margarina, amasar y añadir el agua poco a poco, dejar reposar. Dividir la masa en bolitas que se extenderán en una tabla enharinada con la ayuda de un bolillo hasta quedar bien delgadas, freír en bastante aceite por ambos lados. Acompañe con dulce de tapa.
