Made these for our church Thanksgiving dinner and they were awesome. I did alter the recipe just a bit, reducing the ground ginger to 1 tsp. because I'm not a huge ginger fan. I also used 3/4 cup white sugar and 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar instead of all light brown sugar....personal preference.
