Pre-workout protein balls Ingredients 1/3 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips Directions 1 Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into 10 balls (about one heaping tablespoon per serving). 2 Refrigerate to firm up balls, overnight for best results. Enjoy!

Clean Eating Banana Wrap - Ingredients: 1 large whole wheat tortilla, 1/4 cup nut butter, 1 banana - Optional Toppings: Chia seeds, Flax seeds, Sliced Strawberries, Clean eating jam or jelly, Grain sweetened chocolate chips or carob chips, Directions: Lay your tortilla on a flat surface and spread the nut butter over it, mostly in the center, but try to spread it as much as you can. Place your peeled banana in the center. Roll up your tortilla and slice in half.

Healthy Recipe: Apple Oatmeal Flax Cookies. Sooooo good! Omit the veg. Oil and use a little unsweetened applesauce. I also used almonds instead of walnuts. Enjoy :)
