Daily workout plan! I'm going to do this!
1. Drink one glass of water every hour. 2. Drink ice cold water. Your body will burn calories just getting the water to a normal temperature to digest. Also it is great for your complexion. 3. im not sure i would be able to do this myself, but one exercise i would suggest is the caterpillar. start with this basic idea, but put your feet on the ground in plank position. with just your toes inch your feet to be as close to your hands as possible. once there, slowly step your hands away from your feet until you are back at plank position. repeat. and keep those ab muscles tight!
