Baked Egg Muffins: Use a non stick muffin tin or lightly grease with olive oil. Add Bacon, Sliced Turkey, Ham, Salami, etc.. as the base of muffin. Add an egg or egg white, season with salt/pepper. Add a sprinkle of cheese if you like. Bake at 350 degrees 10+ minutes, depending on your preference. (Cycle 1 of 17 Day Diet: no meat, just egg OR egg w/ sliced turkey & FF cheese).
17 day diet cycle one chili 1 lb ground chicken( extra lean) or turkey 1 green and 1 red pepper(diced) 1 medium onion 5-10 mushrooms( sliced) 1 can stewing tomatoes Chicken broth( low sodium) 3 tsp ground cumin 3 tsp chili powder Cook meat in pot. Add all veggies and cook until tender. Add tomatoes and chicken broth then spices. Simmer for 45-60 minutes Can also be made in the crock pot :)
