I love this! Write a bunch of exercises on popsicle sticks and put them in one cup. Whenever you have a chance (maybe during commercial breaks!) , grab one, do what it says, and move the stick to the Done cup.

Great website! click on the part of the body you want to work on and it gives you the exercise :) but remember, there is no such think as "target work outs"
