Cook in #crockpot on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours.

10 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 large onion, diced 16 slices thick cut bacon, uncooked and diced 4 cups shredded taco blend cheese 1 28 oz can cream of chicken soup ~Place half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of crock. ~Top with half of onion, cheese and bacon. ~Repeat layers. ~Top with cream of chicken soup. ~Cook on low of 8 to 10 hours. Easy peezy!!!!

Salted Caramel Butter Bars - This is an easy recipe and resulted in compliments that sounded like "mmmmm". LOTS of butter which is always a great pairing with carmel. The carmel stayed soft but not gooey. Would and will make this again as I can never get enough carmel. And by the way... mine looked just like the recipe picture which always feels good when that happens.
Cilantro and Lime Chicken Breasts - very similar to the recipe I fell in love with in the UK. I add a touch of cayenne pepper and about a tsp of finely chopped onion for an even better taste. Usually served over rice for a meal. But I love it on a salad - topped with a drizzle of Yogurt Ranch dressing (1/4 cupt lowfat PLAIN yogurt flavored with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix to taste)
