Chicken with apples and sweet potatoes
"Crock Pot Zuppa Toscana" You can make this in a crock pot!! 1 lb. Italian sausage 2 large russet baking potatoes , sliced in half, and then in 1/4 inch slices 1 large onion , chopped 1/4 c. bacon bit (optional) 2 garlic cloves , minced 2 c. kale or 2 c. swiss chard , chopped 16 oz. cans chicken broth 1 quart water 1 c. heavy whipping cream
Crockpot Beef Stroganoff 1-2 lbs cube steak, cut into one-inch pieces 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup (no substitutes!) 1 cup chopped onion 1 Tb Worcestershire 1 14 oz can beef broth, salt & pepper 4 oz cream cheese, room temp 1/2 c. sour cream In the crockpot, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper and beef broth. Cook on low for 5-6 hours 3. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream about half hour b/f serving. Serve over Egg Noodles.
Crockpot - Beef & Broccoli Put 1 lb. boneless, beef chuck roast, sliced, 1 cup beef broth or consume, 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 T. sesame oil, 3 garlic cloves, minced in crockpot. Cook for 4 hours on low. Add uncooked broccoli with an hour remaining. Whisk 2 T. cornstarch with 4 T of juice and add back to crockpot to thicken. Serve over rice.
