Spring Asparagus and Swiss Cheese Frittata
Healthy Fettuccine Alfredo. Ditch the heavy cream in the sauce for Greek yogurt. This spin on the classic dish only requires a few ingredients and takes just minutes to make. Ingredients: 1 pound fettuccine noodles 1 small garlic clove, chopped 1 cup plain yogurt 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese Dash of pepper Dash of nutmeg

Skinny Taste Mac Salad with Veggies 16 oz uncooked elbows 4 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half 2 cups (1 small) zucchini, sliced and quartered 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped 7 tbsp light mayonnaise (Hellman's) 2 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar 2 tbsp fat free Greek yogurt 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp garlic powder salt and pepper to taste
