Great location for your garden, unless of course it is on the north side of that wall... Planting your garden or some of it next to a building or fence that gets south facing sun will extend your garden in the spring and fall. It is also the perfect location for heat loving plants like tomatoes.
A DREAM Container Garden!!! Raised bed kitchen garden...containers on a grand scale. (While this looks terrific, less expensive containers and walkways would work just fine. Start small unless you can afford Grand Style.)

Homemade Weed Killer 1 gallon of white vinegar, 1/2 cup salt, Liquid dish soap (any brand), Empty spray bottle. Put salt in the empty spray bottle and fill it the rest of the way up with white vinegar. Add a squirt of liquid dish soap. This solution works best if you use it on a hot day. Spray it on the weeds in the morning, and as it heats up it will do its work. Worth a try!
