Jumping Kjeragbolten by Caterina Bernardi: Kjeragbolten is a 5 m³ boulder wedged into a crevasse at the beginning of Lysfjorden, Norway and is balanced 1000' above the fjord below. A popular destination for base jumping, there have been 20 fatalities between 1994 - 2008. This amazing, award winning image was captured as a young adventurer jumped up and down the boulder in the rain as if he was on solid ground. by nkreps.blogspot.com #Photography #Caterina_Bernardi #Kjeragbolten #Norway #nkreps
Dirimart Gallery - Istanbul - For this trippy installation, artist Peter Kogler was inspired by movies such as “The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari” and “Metropolis” where architecture plays an important role in evoking emotions from its viewers. Kogler wanted to change spaces before the viewers’ eyes. Using large graphic projections, the walls seem to shift, expand, and move all at once.
