This one is pretty good except for the timer bit! Please do NOT set a timer!! If you do you will find that you will have to peel yourself of the ceiling. It is much better to have a clock or a watch nearby and just have a tiny little peak at the clock when it feels like 10 minutes has passed. Trust that you body will know when the time has come to stop the process of meditation.
