2 large old bananas 1 cup of quick oats. You can add in choc chips, coconut, or nuts if you'd like. Then 350º for 15 mins. THAT'S IT!
Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts and a jar of salsa (2 cups) in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings! - Turned out really, really well! Typical taco flavor, but an easy, good meal.

Better-Than-Takeout Fried Rice 4 c rice, prepared 1/2# chicken breasts, cooked 1 c peas & carrots, frozen 1 white onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic 2 eggs 3 T sesame oil 1/4 c soy sauce Prepare rice according to package instructions to yield 4 c cooked rice. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, peas, and carrots. Stir fry until tender. Crack eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout vegetables. Add rice, chicken, and soy sauce to pan.

Orecchiette with Peas, Pancetta & Cream
4-6 raw chicken breasts, new potatoes, green beans (fresh or canned-really any green veggie would work. Broccoli is good, too). Arrange in 9x13 dish. Sprinkle with a packet of Italian dressing mix and then top with a melted stick of butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
