Gluten Free Chicken Fingers - chicken breasts cut into strips, GF rice chex cereal, Parmesan cheese, GF seasoning blend, 2 egg whites & GF dipping sauce of choice. This would be a great recipe for kids who need to be on a GF diet.
Easiest breakfast ever! 1/4 cup GF oats, 1 egg, 1 tsp brown sugar, handful blueberries, splash of milk, dash cinnamon. Mix it all up. Stick in coffee mug in microwave for 2 minutes. Super yummy!
It’s kind of like a BBQ chicken pizza but subbed with quinoa which makes it healthier and guilt free! Hands down this is one of my new favorite salads that you absolutely have to try! Any quinoa skeptics out there will most likely change their mind after a few bites of this. (But feel free to sub in couscous or rice if you feel inclined)
