Cottage cheese, avocado, cucumber, grape tomatoes, and cracked black pepper. Add chicken and call it supper. Probably my favorite meal!
Oven Roasted Salmon with Parmesan-Mayo Crust. Freaking delicious. I added garlic (duh) and some oregano because I didn't think it would be too flavorful but it was really a nice flavor, creamy, not like "wow I'm eating a slathering of mayonnaise right now," just a nice creamy cheesiness. I've made it twice in as many weeks :) A very surprising and nice surprise.

Roasted Lemon and Dill Salmon | Easy Cookbook Recipes - I made this tonight. Marinated first with some white wine, garlic, dried dill and red pepper flakes for about 15 mins. Then added the butter and oil with more dried dill and garlic powder, lime zest sea salt and cracked pepper. Put in 450 oven for 15 mins. Absolutely delish.
