Guyyyys, u made me ink!
When I buy my mom's first tattoo, it'll look something similar to this.
another pinner said :"its an enso -- it represents a journey. i have one on my foot -- the buddhist monks draw these with brushes in journals; an open enso signifies an ongoing journey!"
While staying at the Renfrew center, we had a group in which we were told that we were (hypothetically) going on a trip. The group leader asked, "What two things would you bring with you to help cope and pass the time?" I drew a lifesaver and an achor and wrote " A lifesaver to keep me afloat and an anchor to keep me grounded." That will be my first tattoo.
I would this "Celtic Tree of Life" on my left ankle. Both standing for my heritage, and - obviously, **life**. It would balance out the flaming skull I have on my right ankle, that I got on my 18th birthday on a spur of the moment. :-p Then at least I'd have some life to balance out all that death ;-p
