Baked Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken :: i had high hopes for this, it turned out ok. pros: it is basically the easiest thing you could imagine and is an easy meal to make for 1 or 2. plus, garlic sugar olivie oil - all good. cons: i think i ruined a pan (next time would use foil), might need to try a lower oven temperature than prescribed. maybe tweakable. don't love it, don't hate it.
