Grilled Pizza with Pesto, Tomatoes and Feta | Eating Well - I've never grilled pizza before, wonder if it's hard?

    Molly, we grill pizza all the time and it is so, so good!! My favorite is just fresh basil, mozzarella and Roma tomatoes! We made a really good one this past weekend with arugula too

    @Laura Seymour - thanks for the info! This might sound silly but I always thought that the dough would ooze through the cracks on the grill? Or do you grill it on a cookie sheet? I've always heard of grilled pizza but assumed I would somehow turn it into a big ooey gooey dough/cheese mess. The thought of turning on the oven in the summer when we don't have A/C is miserable. We'll have to give this a try!
