Slow Cooker Pepper Steak I used Olive Oil and Freshly ground 4 pepper blend to brown up the steak. I chopped a whole onion and 4 garlic cloves and sauteed them with the meat before adding to the slow cooker. Doubled the sauce, used brown instead of white sugar, left out the salt, cut the peppers into strips and added only for the last half hour of cooking. Also threw in a couple pinches of dried chilies for some kick. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Delicious!

Super EASY Chicken Crockpot Recipe (the secret ingredient is cream cheese!!) NO PREP!!! YES!!!--so I made this by plopping in frozen chicken, frozen corn, rinsed can if black beans, block if cream cheese, two cups water/teo cubes chicken broth, and can if Rotel. Turned out awesome!! Chicken fell apart/shredded when I went to stir it. Will probably adapt recipe to make a chicken corn chowder.
