Cinnamon Baked Apple Chips
Vanilla & Coconut Chia Pudding! Ingredients (use organic where possible): - 1/2 cup chia seeds - 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (we love coconut milk) - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla - 1/4 cup frozen berries - 2 tbsp shredded coconut Method: Mix chia seeds, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Frozen banana bites. My spin on it: 2 Bananas cut into 1" bites, 1/3 c chocolate chips, 1/4 c peanut butter, sprinkles of coconut. Microwave choc. chip and peanut butter 1 mintute. Add bananas & stir until coated. Place bites on parchment paper. Spoon any remaining choc. mixture onto bites. Sprinkle with coconut. Freeze about an hour. Quick & tasty!
