We just had this for dinner, and was holy shit good. I didn't bother adding ricotta, etc in individual soup bowls and then broil. I just added it all to the pot and skipped the broiling because we were all starving, and I'm also impatient. I did let it simmer for a few minutes to thicken up though. Serve this with garlic bread and spandex pants!
