What a great gift idea for a little girl (or not so little girl... ). I think I can even handle a "no-sew" tutu!! (I can, and I did! Woo Hoo! It was easy and so precious. I added ribbon streamers and glued-on silk rose petals at the ribbon ends. I placed the rose-embellished ribbon in between the tule at varying lengths with the same attachment method as the tule.)

Cut mini marshmallows in half diagonally. Put in plastic bag with decorative sugars. Shake. Sugar only sticks to cut part.
