Breakfast cookies - 3 mashed bananas (ripe), 1/3 cup apple sauce, 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats, 1/4 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup raisins, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tbsp sweetener. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl really well. Let this mixture stand for at least 5 minutes to let the oats become good and hydrated. Heap the dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Bunny Bottom Pancakes. Make a regular round pancake and two smaller more oval pancakes for each bunny. Put a slice of a strawberry to each foot. Then add 3 egg shaped sprinkles to complete the "pads" on the bunny feet. You could also use chocolate chips for the pads of the feet. Add a spritz of whip cream to make the cotton tail.

This is the best and most awesome breakfast cookie ever! And the best part, no flour, no sugar, and no dairy added! Ingredients- 1.5 cups of oats 2-3 super rippened bananas 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce handful of craisins to taste cinnamon Pretty much just throw everything together, mix it up pretty well, throw it on a baking sheet at 350 for about 35 minutes and then go to town! It's great and super healthy for you!
