Curried Turmeric Carrot Slaw Salad | Healthy Happy Life *reduced the recipe quite a bit b/c I only had ~1/4c of carrots, but the overall flavours were really good. Might be good with a bit of ginger? Could reduce the maple syrup by a bit too. Served with salt & vinegar hemp seeds and would definitely add pepitas next time.
