Sew Many Ways...: Sewing/Craft Room Ideas and Updates...An old dresser, without the drawers! Brilliant storage idea. great for storing classroom supplies. I always stock up on plastic shoe boxes at Menard's in January. Avery labels work well and my glass boxes (for color coded scrap stained glass) have had the same labels for 7-8 years without peeling off even after sunlight and much handling. I like that you can get a sense of what is in the box at a glance.

aquarela+doodles: the thicker the watercolor + the less water you use, the better. make simple shapes (circles, squares, rectangles, etc). once dry, make doodles and drawings outlining the shapes with black pen. use white pen for details (balls, hearts, circles, etc). you can use this as a doodle by itself orrr turn it into a background for a scrapbook pg or art jounral (see: http://maisarmendonca.blogspot.com/2011/06/aquarela-faca-seu-proprio-papel.html)

Sadie - I was rescued by the Georgia SPCA staff and NORAD from a Talbot County, GA dog fighting ring. About 30 of us were rescued that day and it was the happiest day of my life so far. We were hidden in the woods where our owners had driven car axels into the ground and chained us to them night and day with short lengths of 40 lb. logging chain. They wanted to make us stronger and bulkier. We were chained so close together that we could almost touch noses.
