On 2/27/13, at 5:38 p.m., the subject pictured entered Kohls and concealed merchandise under his shirt. When he walked out without paying for the items, Loss Prevention confronted him. Upon being confronted, he took off running but quickly turned around and brandished a folding knife and threatened to stab the employee. On 12/16/12, this identity theft suspect went to the Kohl’s store in Mountain View, fraudulently opened a credit account using the personal information of a Florida resident, and then used that account to make a large purchase from the store.
