Chicken Lasagna Alfredo - This was excellent! I brought some of the leftovers to work and everyone that tasted it asked for the recipe. The only changes I made was used a rotisserie chicken and add parmesan cheese (sprinkled into the layers). I also used 1/2 jar of alfredo sauce on top of final layer of noodles, then the mozzerella cheese. YUMMY!
Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole Saw this on g+ so I had to share it here. Use skim milk and low fat or fat free cream cheese to make this a bit healthier. If you have high cholesterol, you'll want to watch the salt and butter as well. Remember, some fat is good for you so don't worry about getting rid of it all.
