Homemade fudgsicles - tried these the other week and the kids loved them. I cut the sugar down to 1/2 a cup and they were still quite sweet. Adding the corn syrup is a real genius idea as it makes them a much less 'icy' texture like you usually get with home made ice lollys. Just a shame it's so hard to come by here in the UK.
