Tried this and it works! OMG I LOVE this...but instead of adding a ham steak i added 8 more eggs (i like my burritos more healthy protein and less fatty meats), also a pound of sausage AND bacon was too much grease. after tasting them i would stick to the bacon and do a half pound turkey sausage.
