Meet Chef Jim!
Chef Jim is the creative mastermind of Mr. Hero restaurants as our very own Chef Innovator! He is behind the launch of several of Mr. Hero’s successful new sandwich lines.
Chef Jim served his country as a Marine in 1981-83. Jim is still involved with his brothers at arms.

Chef Jim has cooked alongside some of the most renowned chefs of our time including Wolfgang Puck and Emeril Lagasse and Paul Perdone. He also served as a consultant for the 1995 Olympics. He has been featured on Channel 5 to promote “The Big Food Show” for the Food Network, in “The Northern Ohio Lives” Business and Finance Magazine, on Fred Griffith’s “15 Minutes with Fred,” show, Cleveland’s “Good Company,” and Fox 8’s “Kicking it with Kenny” show.
Chef Jim’s previous experiences include Executive Corporate Chef at Orlando Baking Company, Owner and Executive Chef at Guzzi’s Restaurant in Rocky River, Ohio and Angelo’s Restaurant in Westlake, Ohio and Owner and Executive Chef at Grand Creations Catering Company.
