Yum. Roasted Broccoli and Bacon? Yes. TIP: Don't stress about what kind of oil to use... I always use what I have on hand, and it comes out great. I spray this with olive oil in a spray bottle and it works great. And I love this with lots of garlic cloves thrown in, and just a touch of parmesan cheese tossed on there right in the very end. ~~ Houston Foodlovers Book Club
