How to sleep as a night shift nurse: Day of shift: Wake up at 1500, at 1800 leave for work. Next morning getting off shift: Go to bed at 10am and wake up around 1600. Continue pattern until you get days off then go home the morning of your first day off and go to bed as soon as you can, sleep 3 hours and get up.
