Mixed Citrus Liqueur ~ Blood Oranges, Clementines, Lemons, Limes, Tangerines, Kumquats, Simple Syrup, Cinnamon Sticks, Green Cardamom Pods, Cloves, Allspice. Sufficient Vodka or Grain Alcohol (how much you need depends on how big your container is--you want enough to ensure the fruit is completely submerged. I used a little under a quart!)

Making homemade flavored vodka takes only a little effort but produces impressive results. The pear-spiked liquor can be stored at room temperature for up to two months, but needs at least two weeks to infuse the fruit's flavor, so plan ahead.
