This is the yummiest Mexican chicken and so easy to make! I've made it twice now and it turns out delicious every time. My tips: Use chicken breasts and a little less Cumin than what the recipe calls for (unless you're a huge fan of cumin). I also made this in the crockpot on High for 4 hours and it turned out just fine.
