Chai Tea cupcakes with Honey cinnamon butter frosting. Used a yellow cake mix as the base added 2 eggs, 1 cup Chai tea (any brand..I used Starbucks) 1/2 c sour cream, 1 stick melted butter, 1/4 c whole milk, 1 teas vanilla, 1 teas cinnamon. Bake according to the box. Icing: 1 cup butter 1/4 c honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1 Tbl Chai Tea whipped till creamy and added white icing powder to desired consistency

    I think this would be just as good with milk instead of heavy cream. Also, next time I might add thin tomato slices on top.
