White Chicken Chili - So good on this cold day. I was afraid it would be too spicy but after all the cooking it mellowed out a little but still had a good kick. I didn't need any extra hot sauce at the end. I ate it with some cheddar, sour cream, and tortilla strips. It was awesome, I cant wait for leftovers tomorrow.

Make all those delicious campbells recipes without the "cream of" soups. 2 TBS butter, 2 TBS flour, 1 cup milk. Variations: Cream of chicken, replace half of liquid with chicken stock. Cream of celery, add some finely chopped celery to the butter. Cream of mushroom, cook chopped mushrooms in butter.
Baked Potato Crock Pot Soup 6 large potatoes,peeled & cubed,1 big onion,diced 1 qt chicken broth 3 garlic cloves,minced 1/4 c butter Salt & Pepper to taste 1 c cream or H 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese Toppings: chives sour cream bacon cheese Directions: Mix all ingredients except cream & cheese.
