I just did this for the first time and man am I going to be sore in the morning. It says it's a leg workout, but it definitely works your arms and core as well. I can't do burpees because of my ankle and knee injuries so I did a one minute wall sit. Here's to hoping that in six months I have my sexy legs back.

Poster Workout: A 7-Minute HIIT Circuit
Thigh Thinner- (This is killerly awesome!) Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes out, holding 10-15 pound kettlebell at chest. Lift left heel off floor, then squat (as shown). Return to start. Switch sides; repeat. Continue, alternating sides, for 1 minute.
Countdown Workout...takes about 15-20 mins with stretches throw in. I added a medicine ball anytime my arms were unoccupied - front lifts, swinging during crunches, a tricep dip-style thing over my head, bending elbows at a 90 degree angle. Will be keeping this one!
@ EddieB How to Foam Roll Like a Pro: HIGHLY recommend this for anyone running or sore after increasing activity level. These foam rollers are miracle workers and will keep you active and heading towards your goals!

Jenna Mourey Marbles ABS..Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. So worth it. Do it while the shower warms up!
