Add a simple side piece of wood to an ordinary wooden fence to create a birdhouse fence, by drilling holes or painting in "holes" and adding simple roof lines with wood. Cut a picture frame in half and use the corner as the roof. Coat with waterproof sealer before painting. Lots of places to hide a geocache.

Four o'Clocks, an easy-to-grow flower that attracts hummingbirds & butterflies. I have collected perfume for 20+ years, but this is still my favorite fragrance on EARTH. Amazing how such a nondescript-looking flower can pack such an extraordinary scent...they only open in late afternoon, so plant them where you usually sit/relax at that time, or you'll miss the redolence. Otherworldly.

cabochon of rhodochrosite, from Argentina, with PLUMES! At one side, this outstanding stone features wavy bands of glowing pink coloration. And the other side has honey-colored gel (calcite), very gemmy & translucent, which contains several beautifully ornate plumes with ghostly fortifications. Separating the two zones is a scalloped band of cream, with fancy little figures that resemble buds.
Rhodochrosite with plumes. Wow, how beautiful.
