These are the yummiest, fluffiest pancakes I've ever eaten. Seriously. Pancakes - 1 ½ c all-purpose flour 3 ½ t. baking powder , 1 t salt, 1 T Sugar, 1 ¼ c milk, 1 egg, 3 T melted unsalted butter, 1 t vanilla extract. Makes 12 pancakes
