This is a perfect way to get into running if (like me) you start out not being able to run more than a minute or two before getting winded. THAT IS OKAY!!! Nobody is born a crazy runner and everyone starts the same way :)

They say it takes 21 days to develop a habit. When training, put up a Post It note for each day and rip them off when you're done to keep motivated.

3 month low impact workout. Do this in the morning before you shower and it can compliment your evening more high impact work out. :)

One tree hill workout. I should've started doing this before I got to Season 4 on Netflix..sheesh I'd be in shape that's for sure!
